don't seem to be moving at all being really good 5 days a week under 1000 Cals a day then weekend have a few glasses of wine and willpower goes to pot but you have to live thing is I've only got a few pounds to loose oh well keep trying

haven't been up to filling in my dairy this week but starting today I'm determined to do it my weight hasn't altered much but a few people have asked me have it lost weight so something must be working if I could only knock my few glasses of wine at the weekend off I'd be much better
