On top of the weight loss, I discovered I can do a full backbend...something I've never been able to do before!
Weigh-in:
139.0 lb

7.0 lb
still to go:

Diet followed reasonably well

Successes:
1) Drank plenty of water.
2) Ate when I was hungry.
Gratitude:
1) For finding the energy and time to work out.
2) For taking the time to prepare my lunch meals for the week.

Successes:
1) Did my 45 min routine even though I felt very tired from lack of sleep.
2) Lessened my caffeine intake...realizing too much is making me jittery and tireless!
Gratitude:
1) Having a job that gives me time to look up health and exercise info on the Net.
2) For having access to good, local produce. With rising food costs, sticking to a vegan diet may prove to be a healthy decision but an economic one, too.

4:47pm: I got serious munchies this afternoon. I just felt hungry. I did my best to gauge it but I just felt empty. Maybe I didn't eat enough yesterday? Anyhow, I think I've got it under control...I'll have to stick to salad for dinner tonight. Hopefully, my appetite will ease up tomorrow.
Successes:
1) Noticed hunger signals while snacking and responded but not with the right foods. It may have been a salt binge from my PMS signals.
2) Even when I wasn't feeling good, got up early and did some gentle exercise. And when I was feeling better, did a long walk.
Gratitude:
1) For having the knowledge of how to take care of myself when I'm not feeling all that great.
2) For the extra push that I get from fatsecret members to realize my goals!

8:37am: Did restorative yoga instead of vinyasa. I woke up with a slight headache and managed to use a combination of stretching, drinking water, and EFT to relieve the headache. It all worked and I managed to avoid taking Advil.
