Okay, I think this is it for the weight goal. I think I could get lower but I will now focus on building lean muscle even if I get heavier. I hope to get to around 15% body fat. I would love to hear from you if you have tips. Stay encouraged FS fam 💪🏽

Yay! I’m happy for the drop even though I thought I would gain with my gym being closed. I dusted off a P90X DVD set I purchased a few years ago but I never used it. Have a blessed week FS fam 💪🏽

Wow! New all time low. Time for a new goal, I’m thinking 160 will be maintenance but we’ll see, thank you all for the support over the past 16 months of my journey. Stay encouraged FS family 💪🏽
