I'm 30 years old and have struggled with my weight since I had my son almost 13 years ago. I've never been skinny, but I was always athletic. As I've gotten older I find it hard to squeeze in daily exercise due a very busy life. I refuse to spend my life at the gym or starve myself. I'm newly engaged and would like to lose about 25 lbs. before the wedding. I have about 2 years, so it's time to get started!!
