I am a mother of two via c-section!
So I have gained a considerable amount of weight.
I am trying to get onto a routine that will help me not only lose weight, but start a healthy life style. I want to change the way I see food.
I've gone a deal of disappointments in my life, as I'm sure we all have, and I have made food my cushion for comfort. I want to see food as fuel for the activities that I do!
