It's been a weird 2 weeks since last weigh in. I came home from vacation, I had gained 5 lbs, immediately went back to eating healthy foods, weighing everything I ate n continued to gain another 2.5 lbs. The last few days I have fallen off the wagon again n ate cookies, Mac n cheese, cake, chips n even some candy n I've lost almost 3 lbs. Anybody else ever have this happen? what gives?

I'm not surprised, but I am a bit sad. It was a great vacation, with too many goodies, n an abundance of carbs. So after 7 months of no goodies n limited carbs, 5 lbs isn't so bad! Today I'm back to weighing n measuring everything I eat, n NO goodies n minimal carbs again. One step at a time n forward I go!

Home bound tomorrow. I will miss the sun, the water, the music, the people, n the fantastic food! Great vacation with the family - my daughter, son in law, grandson, n inlaws. Best ever! Can't wait to go again. lol

Really enjoying the heat, beach, food in Jamaica. It's the best place in the carribean to vacation. Yah mon, it's simply irie!
