for the 20 sep - just an hour volleyball, chilled day - after all it is a sunday

good day at the office, covered 5 miles interval training 1 min on 30 sec off in 40 minutes working at 12 kms per hour (the chart only allows me to say 11 kph) so rather pleased with that felt really good, still had a bit left in me and don't really feel to bad, I wonder what I will do tomorrow as I am having rest day on Wednesday. Havnt weighted myself yet, don't want to in case I get a little disappointed, might wait 2 more days. I don't think i will reach 175 by the time I go away to - MEXICO in case anyone out there has any doubts (I know I can be a pain in the arse) as it is only 9 days away and I might be lucky enough to get away from work on the Monday lunch time for a few extra days without training. Looks like I will have to take my running shoes to mexico - you think? That's just like torilj using the gym in malta
