time to hold myself accountable here and way behind on my steps I had a goal of averaging 17,500 steps from September 19th to March 19th I am currently 153189 steps behind. I need to average 18,644 steps per day to reach my goal. on a positive note I have been going to the gym a little more and lifting weights. I work a 12-hour shift at the liquor store today so hopefully I can hit at least 20,000 steps wish me luck I need it

Having a crappy day. I planned on being good this weekend but I changed my mind. I am sick of working 7 days a week. tried for a month to get a few days off. no such luck. so I am having the first of many edmund fitzgerald porters. that should fix my bad mood

not exactly diet related but if it helps you sleep then it kind of is. does anyone have a weighted blanket and does it help you sleep better
