I gained a pound over vacation but I'm ok with that. Two of the days I was way overboard with my eating. one was my birthday and the other was spaghetti dinner my son in law made. got lots of walking in. I really enjoyed our stay in Utah. Most of the time was relaxing at the house. We didn't eat out. our interaction with others was low. We rented a pontoon only talked to two staff. We went to arches national Park. It was a day when it wasn't too hot and it rained a little so not a lot of people.

loving the vacation. 18 hour car ride. Two hours from our destination a semi merged into our lane and luckily my son in law averted an accident. Utah is beautiful. We were in the hot tub and a deer walked with in 10feet of us. Today we went out on the pontoon. it was great and I was not going to go in the water but I was talked into it. I changed into my friends shorts. It was so much fun. I clearly need to swim more. Tomorrow we are going to arches national Park. can not wait

okay a little excited about the vacation I got up at 5 shower to finish packing Joe to my daughter's house so I could be there but before 6 when we leave. I get there and only my son-in-law is awake everybody else is still sleeping. I asked him what's up aren't we leaving at 6 he goes yes we are but it's not until 6 p.m. not a.m. so I contemplated going to my job and working a few hours so the other lady didn't have to work so many hours but then I said no I'm on vacation. so I went back to bed for a couple hours. I get up and my daughter had called me so I call her back and find out what's up. she said I hope you don't mind but I booked a pontoon for Tuesday. I said are you kidding me every time I go for a walk by the river I say I want to go out on a pontoon that is awesome so we're leaving at 6 tonight we'll get to Utah tomorrow afternoon sometime let the relaxation begin
