Well, I went out with my step son last night and had a burger at Outback Steakhouse, fries and some wings. I downed this all with a tall glass of water. I thought I would suffer tomorrow morning (which is today), but I was pleasantly surprised. I've learned that even thought I may fall off occasionally, I can still have a "bad meal" as long as I get back on my good eating. I've decided not to weight myself today, just to feel better about when I get my weight tomorrow morning. Mentally this usually this works better for me too.

I've had so many compliments about the way I look now. I put a new profile picture on Facebook, and got sooo many compliments. It was great! I guess I didn't know the difference that much since I always see myself in the mirror, so the words of compliment were a great surprise. If any of you here on the HCG Diet are on Facebook, let me know, perhaps we can "buddy" each other there as well.

Ok, so I pretty much cheated my ass off tonight. I think it was because I was depressed about school. Actually, I know it was. I'm so frustrated. I spent tonight looking for a tutor online. Basically, I'm not eating much tomorrow at all!
