Not a good few days. I have to stick with my good eating. I did have some snacks off the diet the last few days, and it's made me suffer. Once again, I'm not weighing myself for the next couple days. Eating very strict the next couple of days.

Pretty decent day! I was hungry all day. I did a steak day today, and by the time it was time to eat, I was sooo happy. I downed a 12oz steak and some tomatoes like there was no tomorrow. :o) Ahhhhhh... I finally feel whole. Anyway, I'm hoping this steak day helps.

Today was Mother's Day, and it was great! I had a great time with both my families. However, it was a MAJOR pig out day!!! I know I've definitely gained some, and will definitely have to do another steak day tomorrow, but I'm not going to weight myself for at least 2 days. By that time, I should be right back where I was. I haven't eaten this bad in months! Phew. I'm so sick and stuffed.

Same weight today! Ok, I definitely sucked today at eating good. We went golfing and celebrated my little Bro's birthday. We ate a little junk food. I didn't eat dinner at all tonight. I suffered enough. Tomorrow... Mother's Day! God help me! :o)
