People are generally not as thin here as they are in LA so I have felt much less self conscious carrying around a few extra pounds, lol. But I think I’d really like to lose around five pounds or so. I do NOT feel like tracking my food intake right now, so I’m going to see how it goes to just drink lots of water, up my exercise, eat a little bit smaller portions and less/healthier snacks, and avoid drinking entirely (I was only having a couple drinks per week before, so this part will only make a tiny dent). Since I’ve been in maintenance for 3 months without tracking, just weighing every day, it’s possible these adjustments will make the difference. If I don’t see progress, I will consider logging all my food again.
