Size 18 - First Time in 3 Years
I bought my first pair of XL (size 1
jeans in the last three years! I think I can really do this. Joining some challenges this week. Keeps it interesting and motivating. I have lost 50 lbs in 6 months. But the best part is I have lost over 25 inches!!
I have tweaked my Slim4Life to better fit how my body works. They put me on plan 4, but the bread killed me. It was like sabotage. I moved myself to plan 2 and removed the bread. I am doing so much better.
FatSecret (or any dairy software) really helps. Plus I get to share my thoughts and frustrations with ya'll.

Well I have restarted
Slim 4 Life
. Kind of gave up there for a month. It will be good to be back on track. Cut up all my fresh raw veggies yesterday, so I don't go for the cookie jar.
