Who you are when no one is looking is who you are! How hard you work at this, how many times you make the hard decisions to have control over what you eat, when you sweat from exercising tough.... it's who you are! Great job overcomers, keep pushing.
Work starting to pay off, growing muscle, losing fat.

Completely changed eating plan. Lost 80lbs in a year. Now its time to grow muscle. no more CICO for now. Eating this much is mentally challenging but it is required to grow muscle. I'm still working hard every day with weights and cardio.
Remember who you are. Remember what you've overcome. Remember what challenges you've conquered in life. Realize what you are capable of. Remember who you are!
