I am back on track! After a horrible Saturday, I realized the junk food is just not worth it. Not only did I gain back a couple of pounds, but I felt horrible all evening. Yesterday the weather was beautiful so my oldest daughter and I went on a 4 mi. walk and mowed my father-in-law's yard. Being active felt good.
Today has started off okay. I got a great night's sleep and feel energized. I have to go into the bakery today, so I am hoping I can hold it together while I'm there.

I blew my diet today. For some reason, I just couldn't say no to anything! All I have eaten today is crap and I've got to get myself back under control. I will NOT have a repeat tomorrow. I CANNOT have a repeat tomorrow. I am afraid of what the scale will show on Monday. It takes a week of hard work to lose any weight and one day to gain it all back. Ugh!

I managed to hold myself together yesterday for my uncle's funeral. He was buried with military honors and this was the first time I have seen this done. VERY COOL! However after the funeral was not so great. The family (cousins, etc) decided to go out to eat. We ate at a local restaurant so I cannot find any nutritional information on what I ate to be able to log it. I tried to be good and I ate a vegan sandwich (lots of veggies on a bun, sauce too). I just hope I didn't do myself in. I have been managing fairly well and now I have a fear of letting even the smallest amount of junk food hit my lips for fear it will result in a downward spiral.
