Back to the steady decline. I made good choices yesterday and got the calorie goal dead center in all areas. Now, I just need to move more. Yesterday, my total movement minutes were below my goal and average. Next milestone is just 1.2 pounds away.

Well, no weight loss but no weight gain either. I did much better with food and moving yesterday. I do need to stay off the screens if I want to get things done. I cannot believe how quickly I lose track of time when I am on the iPad or Android phone. Both are worse than the television. I needed to set a time for them and a timer.

Ok, I really need to get control of my Saturdays. Ate nothing but Taco Bell yesterday after breakfast. I didn't move at all yesterday either despite having a full to-do list. it is hampering my progress and something I have to work on to be more consistent.

Woohoo! Lowest of the year so far and 22 pounds gone. One of the things I am looking forward to is my next checkup with the doctor. He will be shocked. It's a good Friday!

Back on track. planning meals, weighing portions, moving, and it's is paying off quickly. I've been on the current weight loss program for 100 days straight. I'm looking forward to being lower than I've been in 9 years!
