Yes! A little drop (0.4 pounds)... I guess it isn't so little. An everyday drop like that would be nearly 3 pounds per week or just over 11 pounds per month.
Ok, ok. Let's redo this. Hell yeah! Nearly an entire 1/2 pound gone! I was worried because while it was within my calories budget, I had half a king size Butterfinger ® and wasn't sure how much salt was in it. it was good though 😁 and yes I ate mindfully and the whole thing was good.
To paraphrase Dora, "Just keep moving, just keep moving"

No change from yesterday and that is better than an increase. The good thing is the overall progress is motivating. Losing between 5 and 6 pounds per month is great. Now I just need to tweak a couple of things to really help fuel the engine.

BOOM! Just like that and I meet the milestone. I'm officially below the weight at which my suits were tailored. Next milestone is just 4.9 pounds away and the high one after that, under 100 pounds to the goal weight, is 6.9 pounds away which will also be 30.8 pounds lost for the year (which will be doctor visit time).
It's always a good feeling at the milestones! Ok, have to keep moving along on this #Noom journey.

Hmm, after moving more than three hours each day for the weekend and maintaining calories, I was expecting a bigger drop.
Oh well, keep on trucking and know that it will come down.

I'm in a yo-yo plateau! it's especially upsetting since I walked over 3 miles after the iHop meal. I'm used to moderate fluctuations but a pound and a half back and forth over the past four days!
Ok, ok, keep going on the plan. Have to get rid of the thought distortions including ruminations.
I know the scale will go down again and my non-scale wins yesterday were practicing mindful eating while at a restaurant and walking extra distance but taking all the dogs on the longer route.
