I just turned 29 and I noticed....my body doesn't allow me to do the things I once could do...mostly--- self indulge :). I am excited to start this new diet..as I am 5'9 and 160. I think it will better my health and help me feel great again getting into that bathing suit!

Im giving myself a big fat 0 for Monday. Although I walked 3 miles on Sunday, my broken toe and headache couldn't take it for Monday! I'll be back on board!

My B.E.A.C.H has been too tired after work to go workout...I give myself a 4 for yesterday...I did go after work but I feel i could have pressed myself harder. GO BLUE LAGOONIES LOONIES

Go Blue, I give myself a 4 for yesterday because even tho I had a bad day at the office and just wanted to do nothing but sit on my butt, I took my promised walk.

I give myself 4 points. I didn't go for a walk after work but I did two hours of yard work! And I lost a pound doing so! Smile.
