Hi
Yes.... That was one of my choices that evening after stent was placed. It sounded the best & was delicious I admit. Cardio rehab lady came bright & early next morning... Apparently only as a requirement for release more than anything.

Need lots of help
Since my heart needed a stent last week & a Cardio rehab lady came & talked to me. 1. If you smoke; as I have.... QUIT. 2. Alcohol is apparently ok if you drink rarely. 3. Start looking up heart healthy meals & plan accordingly. I was actually shocked at what they let me eat under cardiac diet at hospital & it was delicious. Iced tea... Baked asparagus... Small chocolate ice cream & an Angus burger on Chiabatta bread. But I would start using an app like this to start recording your daily intake as I have. Good luck & hope to talk to you soon
