Hello! It has been a while since I last recorded my weight here. Hope everyone is doing well. I am still a fan of emotional eating :) I want to eat when I am down or again I want to eat when I am happy to celebrate something. Going well though, hopefully I will start going gym again and will record my gym activities here for motivation. Happy Christmas and New Year already, be safe fatsecret friends!

Okay, I’ve seemed to manage good progress since 85kg *but* I have a question. I’d be glad if there’s any advice or helpful insight on the matter.
Throughout this journey, I could lose weight easily when I’m happy and feel good.
Yet, I feel great urge to eat when I’m really angry or sad. Surely, there might and will be down days.
So, my question how do you manage to control your eating urge when you are down or angry?
