Keep wanting to each chocolate which is really bad. Broke down last night and had two pieces. How much chai tea do I need to drink to get rid of my chocolate fix?

It's interesting to track my weight this way. I was ready to totally snack when I came home, but then I remembered my calorie count and I was like "no way can I snack because it will add to my calorie count."

Starting to track calories again. This is how i lost weight before, the old fashioned way by using an excel spreadsheet. Hopefully technology will make it easier for me this time around.
