can't believe I am still losing weight because I feel like I've been slacking off my eating. outdoor picnic today and snacked all day. It's amazing how much snacks add up. We had salad for lunch but the cheese and bread and cookies added up.

Started eating almonds when I came home without even thinking and went above my calorie count. I know this is how I gain weight, when I don't think about what I am eating and just eat.

can't believe I lost a pound. Ate out on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and didn't really follow the plan especially on Thursday. Birthday desserts are hard to turn down.

blew my diet today. Went out for a birthday dinner and just ate whatever I wanted and shared a chocolate dessert. Also had two drinks. At least I did my 8,000+ steps.
