I am 29 years old, and 177lbs. That doesnt sound too bad, except that I am only about 5 feet tall. So as you can imagine I dont carry it well this low to the ground. I have not been this big all my life. My mother always told me I was "big boned" but I always managed to stay in the 130lb range. Back then I though I was fat. I should have enjoyed it, because now I cant believe my eyes when I look in the mirror.
I have a desk job, so my activity level is fairly low on a daily basis. I am a very picky eater as well, this makes dieting very hard.
So recently I have decided, enough is enough and its time to take control. I have started a routine of walking atleast 3-5 times a week, on my lunch break and trying to keep my calorie in take below 1500. With nay luck I will start to see a difference soon.
My goal weight is to be 110lbs. However I would be happy back in the 130lb range.
