Was very careful with diet to stay under 1500 a day and fasted Friday-Monday. Made a huge difference in my weight after a 2 pound gain last week. Just had to break through this stall and the fast worked. Finished the non to run program and started the race to 5 k. Have a small ankle injury from last interval run but hoping by tomorrow I can run again.

Weigh-in: 194.8 lb

lost so far: 56.2 lb

still to go: 14.8 lb

I really didn’t diet the way I should have. Had some week moments and went over calories several days in a row. I’m sure that is the reason for the weight gain. Still ran three days. One more day amd I finish this phase of the non to run the. I will start the 5k phase. Great program.

Stayed under an average of 1500 calories for the week and ran 2 miles three times. Still eating very clean food and no sugar mostly.

Stayed strict on 1500. Intermittented fasted a few days as well. Trying to keep protein above 90 but not succeeding every day. Trying to keep carbs below 150. Ran 2 miles four days.
