Have just been maintaining for the last three months, because of a leg injury. Needed it to heal. Upped my calories but mostly stayed on clean eating. Now to get back to lower calories.

Lost weight on maintenance. Not really eating to lose. Still trying to heal my ankle. Staying on nutrient rich foods on the most part. Did not keep up with food journal week.

Tried to eat to maintain. Ate good foods mostly and started back the non to run week 1 again. starting over now that my ankle is almost healed.

Brought calories up to around 2200 making sure I raised protein up to over 100 and tried to keep carbs down. Still have injured ankle and needed to lose weight but heal ankle.
