i cheated today but consciously, which i'm happy about. we did june and frank's wedding photo shoot today. it was a big and busy day, so i enjoyed cheating a little.
breakfast: now i'm addicted to cheese and egg... about 150 cals
lunch: what the photo shoot had: fried chicken lunch box. i'm proud to say i ate no rice, just chicken and veggie... about 300 cals?
dinner: fridays!! chicken ceasar salad, cheated with lots of june and frank's dessert and had bites of patatoes... 1000 cals?
total: 1450 cals, which is not bad considering i cheated.
i cheat everyday huh? i'm gonna have to follow this diet more closely man! ha.. but i'm not furstrated or guilty.

it's said that food journals not only help you realize what you eat, your habits, and your allergies, but it also help you lose weight consciously. so here i am with my journals from now on.
breakfast:
1 slice mozzeralla cheese & 1 egg 150
(cheating) 0 fat yogurt pudding 70
lunch:
mommy's cooking! 500
it was SO good!
no carbs for me, good job!
snack:
iron eggs: 85
dinner:
mommy's cooking! i would say i had less than lunch... so 350-400?
total: approx. 1200
exercise: none

still to go:
6.2 lb

I did alright...
I had a tiny bite of yogurt with sugar in it b/c it's impossible to find sugarless anything in taiwan. i wonder where diabetics go to get their food...
i wish they had south beach diet products here! i would love to try one of those bars... hehe...
let me see... what did i have today....
2 iron egg packs (taiwanese specialty): 172
2 chinese meals: estimate of 750
too many nuts: 400?
total: 1322
i would say i did well.. b/c i usually eat A LOT!
this is such a good exercise to do to cut back... south beach and food journal!

My day was not as good as i thought it would be. i had thought it would feel like my 2nd day, but it was a little more tiring. oh, and i did crave for some sweet things.
food journal:
brunch: dim sam, took all the starch skin off of 燒賣 and 粉條... had a bite of 馬蹄條 and a 虎皮, which is fried, and had 鳳爪
i would say that meal was around 650 cal
snacked on 鐵蛋, peanut butter, and peach~ which i don't think i'm supposed to have...
300 cal
dinner: pork, vegetables, chicken
400 cal
well... i did my best... i was tired and on my 3rd day period. AND mon. is always a very perfect day to start with brand new will power!

I did well except for getting some of my sis's pop corn during our movie... i hope that doesn't affect my diet! i did taebo today so gotta keep up the good work!
