i am back from the cruise and you know what cruise is all about~~~~ food!
so i gained.. haha.. i'm facing all this with a little humor.
i came back to taiwan and was 48.5kg and got it down to 47.2kg today on my 6th day of phase1 so i'm happy.
i worked up the courage to come in and log again.. whoo! to all those stuck on your plateau~let's keep on going and reach that goal. i've been going 47kg and 46kg for a while now and am really hoping to get to 45kg eventually~~~ wish us all luck!

i am so not on SB any more. the day i said i was gonna start over was a week before i came back to the states for a vacation. i was so busy with work that i worked from 9 to 2am... ate whatever we had .... so i kinda lost weight b/c i spent more time working than preparing and eating. the last day before the trip, we had no dinner. this is really good, i think i trained my appetite a little!
today i'm in houston, at auntie gracie's house (nice, nice house!). so i'm gonna eat whatever we have and not be a party pooper. i don't think SB is as applicable as just portion control.

so.. four days of not logging in means i was busy and not really following SB so well...
man! but i'm gonna give myself a break and a chance to start over... AGAIN! hahahahahaha...
no, really, it seems like i've been saying that WAY too much... so it's now or never... gotta do this right...
today i had lots of stuff:
b: patti and cucumber + bites of frank's zhua bin~ 350
l: boba 450
late snack/dinner: tons of veggies, some eggs, litte pork rib... 350
dinner time snack: cookies 400
1650... for how much i enjoyed that... i did alright... hahahahah
okok.. seriously i'm back... anyone needing courage and will power to start over, i'm right there with you~!

ok.. i don't know how my weight managed to drop back to my low drop b/c i've been just basically off of SB for a whole week... yeah... 7 days!
b: port patti and cucumber 200
l: chinese food & brown rice 350
s: milk tea 500
d: brown rice, chinese food, junky cereal, no milk 500
1550 cal!
been really hungry the past few days... period and hyperthyroid a little kicking in there... but very energetic and trying to get ready for hopping back into SB...

i'm getting back on it~!!!!!! even though i had cereals and brown rice today, i felt good about it b/c i'm slowing cutting carbs out for another 2 wks... i want to make it a life style and not just a SB diet. i want to be able to enjoy stuff i like (junk food.. hahaha) but still live a healthy and fit life! starting today for 2 weeks means... i can have carbs on the plane and the alaska cruise. i'm getting ready mentally to not eat too much on the cruise!
b: cereals no milk (hahaha) 300
l: (not enough, maid cooked too little) homecooked chinese... 200
snack: cooked more: 200
d: ate at taisuco, pork, kimchi, tofu & egg, a little of everyone's food 500
some rice were mixed in with my food while i ate some brown rice during lunch
total: 1200!!! woo~~~~
