One Week Positive Thinking CHALLENGE!
I think this is a great idea! I'm new to fatsecret and I appreciate how open and honest everyone seems to be about their lives and their struggles, as well as their successes! It is nice to know I am not alone on this journey.
My starting weight is 225lbs.
