Ketosis
It may be that you are not consuming enough fat. I looked at your food diary and your fat is mostly around 60+%. Allow some fluctuation to that number due to inaccuracy of macros, lets say 10% off. It is not enough.
The fat ratio to enter into ketosis should be 80+%, at least at the beginning phase. Excess of protein is what kills the ketosis. Our body is smart and chooses the energy source that is easiest. Do not starve yourself with deficit of calories at this time if you exercise.
For me personally only bulletproof coffee\teas\fatbombs allow to raise fat intake. You may consider that too or search for something similar.

Why Overweight when calories in are less than calories used?
I completely agree. It is simple math and yours is miscalculated...
)... I used to love a bottle or two of sweet cider before bed, never considered it a "food" item... guess what, it was 210 calories per bottle! 2 bottles - one additional meal.
With any diet the deficit of calories will cause weight loss.

Steps per day
I use Samsung app to count steps and activity - mainly because it is always with me.
As many of you I have a desk job...Like really desk-desk job, as my car is parked about 10 steps from the door.
So I walk in mornings and the phone records the time and amount of steps and then I just transfer the time to the workout log here.
