Was on the run last nite, from work to dance practice and grabbed a sugar free protein bar (20 g protein) for dinner and that triggered the scale to move! Hallelujah! Our praise dance ensemble is entering a competition ( I think) so we are submitting some of our performances to see if we will be chosen. I have a feeling we will. So Philly, here we come! This is more incentive to meet my goal of 150 and I may just up the anty to 140 by Sept. 19! You can Do it! I mean I Can Do It!

Oh, I am so excited, I had clothes sizes 6-10 that I used to could wear 5 years ago and when we moved 7 months ago, I had them packed and could not find them. Now when I was a size 18-20, there was no need for me to look for them but I recently had the need to look. Anyway, the hubby found them on accident and they all fit, some are too big! I'm loving it. I even fit a size 6! Aline black Ann Taylor dress! WOW! I was so happy, I pranced around in it with my gold stilettos and of course the hubby was loving it too! :) Ok, well it looks like all I need in my shopping spree is pants. Everything else is covered. Thank you JESUS!
