ok, update. I'm on day 3 of Extreme Fat Smash Diet and discovered something on today. I was a snackaholic this morning but still didn't cheat. I munched on about 4 cups of air popped popcorn which is the equivalent of 2 snacks I'm allowed with the four meals.
Well can I just say that I was only able to eat 1 of those 4 meals after eating all that popcorn. I'm still not hungry. This is my new snack but I'll have to have it at snack times instead of breakfast. I'm too full to finish the other three meals. I may just eat the fruit instead. So the beans and chicken will have to wait until tomorrow. The key to snacking on popcorn is no salt, butter, etc. I use a little hotsauce (we can have 2 tbsp/day) for flavor. The main key is to only eat when you're hungry. Hunger has left the building and is being occupied by healthy popcorn. Man is the scale going to move tomorrow! Just thought I'll share.

Day one is over on the extreme fat smash, 20 more days to go, LOL! It was very hard yesterday but I was strong! Thank you Jesus for being my strength! I was a little weak during dance practice which served as my cardio but God made a way after all I was giving Him the praise regardless. Stepped on the scale this morning (not supposed to but I was so hungry I needed motivation to keep going lol) Drumroll! After only one day I lost 0.8 pounds. At this rate I'll be down to my size in no time.

Oh I forgot to say that during my break between the regular fat smash and extreme fat smash, I lost a couple of pounds. Or did I say it already. Oh well, this diet works, I've lost the weight and kept it off and even continued to lose while I took a day to eat smoked wings, chicken salad sandwiches and cake. God is good!

My goal for this week which is cycle 1 on EFS is to lose 5 pounds. That would put me in the 150s! It's been years since I've been there. FAT you gotta go! Be Blessed in Jesus Name!

Still on small break from diet and still losing weight. I think this break broke my little plateau. Hallelujah! I did well at the bridal shower yesterday. I still stayed below my calorie intake for the day. I had a light breakfast, 2 slices of turkey bacon, low cal juice and an egg. For a snack I had 100 cal almond pack, for lunch I had yogurt with fresh fruit and 1/3 cup granola. Then at the shower I had 3 smoked chicken wings, 1/2 chicken salad sandwich, baked tortilla chips and salsa and fruit and a small piece of red velvetcake. I just drank water after that. Let me tell you, that cake just isn't the same anymore since I've gone healthy. It didn't comfort me like it did before. So I resisted seconds! Also I stayed active during the shower by standing, cleaning up and walking back and forth. I got on the web cam this morning with my family in Louisiana and they were shocked at the progress I made. :) Last time they saw me I was 200 pounds and now I'm at 165! At least my niece still recognizes me. She calls me Bubbles. We played peekaboo over the webcam. My sissy was like looks like you can beat someone up with those musclar arms and I told her I wrestled my hubby down and he couldn't get out of my kung fu grip. Hi yah! LOL! Be Blessed
