Weight. I've always struggled with it. I've lost some and gained some time and time again. I've been successful on Weight Watchers, losing 30 pounds in 3 months. But, of course, I gained it back, and then some. About a year and a half ago, I stopped eating fast food completely. During the following year, I lost 40 pounds, of which I've gained about 25 back. A few days ago, I saw a friend that I've lost touch with. I didn't even recognize her. My once support buddy in my weight struggles had succeeded. Down 75 pounds and running triathlons, I once again find myself motivated through her success. To see someone succeed has inspired me to do the same. This is not a diet. This is a life style change that I must grow accustomed to! Wish me luck!
I'm a full-time student. I work retail part time. I enjoy beading and knitting and selling my wearables at local craft shows. In what little free time I have, I hope to squeeze in at least 3 days a week of excercise.
