This has been slow going, but now is not a struggle..... I am content to be moving closer to my goal. One thing I have learnt though is that exercise definitely makes me feel better and is good for you, it has however no input on weight loss. My opinion ....forget personal trainers and gyms until you actually "feel ready" FOR PHYSICAL EXERCISE, I will say AGAIN, EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR YOU, but don't think it will strip weight off! spend the money on appropriate and raw foods, rather keep calm and focused on the MAIN game, don't look for options apart from diet and peace of mind. I hope this helps..

Feeling a lot more energetic, not hungry, have been exercising everyday... it helps keep the focus on, even though it DOES NOT help yo lose weight..
All good, totally committed.

My weight loss has been slow, I am comfortable with aslow progression, only issue is I need to be as close as possible to go horse riding on 21st March!
I FEEL TOTALLY DIFFERENT, certainly a lot more focused and more relaxed,I hope this trend continues!

I went out of ketosis on Sunday morning, misjudged some ingredients when making Saturday Lunch, abstained Sat night and all of Sunday ans so far Monday ( now 11.30am) determined to get to 119.5 by tonight.
