Tough week, any words of encouragement will help...
Thanks for the encouragement. I might try asking him to use some of the recipes here. I will look through them for ones he might be interested in making. He never measures, and pretty much uses healthy ingredients. We seldom use dairy, use olive oil, never fry anything. May be too many carbs with pasta(wheat) and rice(usually brown. And I like Shredded wheat cereal when I can get myself to eat breakfast. I think trying to spend time in the evening online here will help. THANKS

Diablo360X: Wanting something badly enough is not the issue. I want to win the lottery badly enough and that ain't happening either! Please, if you can not provide words of encouragement (which is what I asked for) do not reply.

New MrsRando: thank you for your guidance. I was unaware of the tool. I will try it out. Thanks!

Tough week, any words of encouragement will help...
The great news, exercise is consistent 6 days a week. This is not my challenge. Having difficulty keeping up with the food journal and diet calendar. I'm not giving up, just getting back on course.

Biggest difficulty: my husband prepares most meals from scratch so figuring the amounts and calories is time consuming. I have not gained weight, but looks like I'm maintaining. Want to lose at least 3 lbs in a week for jump start...I think that would help in the motivation...

Thanks for listening...

What if I fail...
I guess we all feel this. But I have signed up for a health challenge at work and I want to succeed. I found this and I installed the app on my blackberry to help me run with it. Fear of failure has stopped me before, I feel more committed this time. I feel I have all the tools to succeed.
