Yes I'm out of the 190's!
Update: I havn't eaten very healthy so far today ( was out of healthy groceries) but I'm not over my points or calories either. Pretty good for a day off. Usually I nosh all day on junk. I just happy with my scale today !! It gives me the motivation I need to continue.

Worked as a CNA today and my body is so sore. My Fibromalgia doesn't like when I do it at all. I got lots of activity in though. Monday I'm going to start walking @ 6am with a coworker. I have a good feeling about it I figure if someone else is depending on me to show up I will stick to it better I know I feel so much better when I exercise. I'm tired of starting and stopping I pray in my heart of hearts that this time will be the time I get moving forward.

Last week was national CNA week @ work and I won a MP3 player I've been meaning to get one to start walking again so I guess now I have no excuse except I gotta have my teenager program the songs for me Lord knows she spends enough time on the computer to do it.
Years ago I used to walk outside in the early AM. I get up at 4:30 anyway in order to have time to exercise and pray and just have me time. So I guess I'll get back into the swing of things. I've stayed at the same weight for awhile now with not very much effort so I figure if I actually try again no telling what will happen.
My garden is coming along nicely although I need to do a lot of weeding which I'm counting as extra exercise I would think all that bending over would count. I should have tomatoes soon I can't wait for a fresh garden tomato! Store bought just isn't the same and if it is home grown you have to pay a lot for it.
