Little off track but I'm back in it. Starting to walk with my partner again for the first time. We both have health issues and haven't been able to.

Haven't been on for a very long time so let me reintroduce myself as my user id implies my name is angie I'm 37 married with a 14 year old daughter. I gained the weight 14 years ago during pregnancy. I work at a long-term care facility taking care of the elderly which I feel are the jewels of society as a a jack of all trades a med/rec assistant,central supply,CNA/CMT which means I do office work most of the time and nursing everyother weekend and when staff is short which is alot! My goal weight is 150 lbs. I started @ 210lb and I think I'm finally on my way I just have to get my teen off the computer log enough to get back on here for some support.
