Absolutely delighted…….i aimed to lost 2 1/2 stone between the 5th Jan and the 29th March…..and I have achieve this with 10 days to go. It has been absolutely hellish….constantly hungry (apart from my Friday reward night) and bucket loads of exercise……..but I have done it. Gone from 15 st 6.4lb to 12st 12.8lb……..what a journey…..but what a result. Keeping it going for another 10 days then going on holiday to Scotland with my family for a lager and food week 😀

A rubbish weight loss this week….strange as I Worked hard…..can’t have a big loss every week I suppose!

A bit peeved….started getting chest pains down my left hand side when i start to exercise…went to the doctor who has said although she thinks I am ok I need to stop exercising and has referred me to a cardiologist (Angina?). exercise had been a big part of how I have been losing weight…have an initial appointment on Saturday morning so hopefully will be allowed to start after that! Feel confident I have lost weight this week (2lb) but my official weigh in day is tomorrow! A bit of a moan but tbh feel lucky I am in a positon that I am being seen straight away and any issues will be resolved quickly!

A much better weight loss than I thought….lost 3.4 pounds. That is 2 Stone 3 pounds In total over 63 days! Not done any exercise since Tuesday which is driving me a bit mad however even if I can’t exercise for a couple of weeks losing 3 and a half pounds in 3 weeks feels very doable. Would be delighted if I could hit 12 stone 13 (and even a half) pounds before my holiday at the end of March!

I am absolutely delighted…..I have lost just 3 ounces short of 2 stone in 56 days. My target was to lose 2 stone in 3 months….and have done it in 2. This week lost 3.8lb in a week. Reason….no food, 29k run this week, 7hr karate and 2 body conditioning sessions. 28 days to go then I go off the holiday and will come off this fully for a week so struggling to be disciplined….but it will do it….very excited and upbeat! Get in there….think I will change my aim to lose another 8lb in the next 28 days to get down to 12 stone 13lb….feels very doable!
