I gained about 20 lb when I went to college because I stopped participating in competitive athletics. So I took up running and changed my diet and lost 50 lb over the course of a year. Now, I'm 9 months out of college and I'm right in the middle of my highest weight and my lowest weight. I'd like to lose about 10 lb because my junk food habits are really bad with my crazy working lifestyle! I need my motivation back!
