tattoo?
Definitely love tattoos, and personally have probably 10% body coverage. They are for a wide variety of reasons, and I love them all. Some major projects in the works, but unfortunately I really don't have the finances to make them a reality at the moment (hopefully it will culminate in the next few years with both sleeves completed as well as a full backpiece)

Use Weights? Cardio Only? Which is better?
I'm not sure how you can say that calisthenics are an quick plateau - it's more just a matter of can the person be innovative. Just like people will start with wall push ups if they cannot complete standard ones, you can progress from standard ones to inverted, handstand, rings, one armed, etc. With all of the variations, you can continue to get a very productive workout with a small number of bodyweight exercises for quite some time regardless of your fitness level.

Don't get me wrong though - compound movement strength exercises are great, and are an integral part of my workouts (squats, deadlifts, rows, etc.) - my point was that you can still get a good strength workout without access to any real equipment.

The beautiful thing about strength training is that you get better results than cardio and in significantly less time. I personally like the Strong Lifts 5x5 program - less than an hour 3 times per week, and on my "off days" I do light cardio or intervals.

Everyone should also remember that there is no reason that strength training has to use weights - you can get VERY toned and strong and lose lots of fat simply doing bodyweight exercises - there's nothing like Burpees, push ups & pull ups to get strong.
