Guess that cheesecake caught up with me. And it didn't even taste that great.
Start of a new week. But more rain, depressing. Everything is depressing for me right now. Maybe if my shoulder would stop hurting, it would put me in better spirits. I thought by 3 months after shoulder replacement I would feel 100% better. But that's not the case. Just having a blue day. But things will get better. I will move my rm without pain and I will get to me goal.

Did well until dinner. Macaroni Grill is not the place to go. Even after eating a really smal portion of the lasgna I had to go and mess it up with a piece of cheesecake. I knew better - but I still did it.
When will I learn!
