No change. Guess you can't expect it daily. Stayed in my carbs, but chested with a scoop of hubby potato salad. Couldn't resist. Real bad thunderstorms here in Las Vegas. WIsh this rain would go away - it's killing my new shouder.

Not much of a change, but the weekend was a challenge.
Started gym - owww - Shoulder really bad today - more rain in the forecast.
