Found a cool thing! At the bottom of the page, if you click on 'brand list' you can pull up menu lists by resturant and plug them into your food diary. You can also pull up stores - and drop FoodLion reduced sugar creamy peanut butter into you list. Or pull them by company - like Marie Callendar's frozen dinners.
Faster than searching under 'hamburger' for the McDouble.

Well.. that was a long weekend.
I FINALLY got the last of those azelias planted! It's been a beast diging in that wooded area - roots EVERYWHERE! And got all the fence boards back up that Gail has been scratching and shoving on all year. Spent a hunk of Sunday afternoon streached out in 2 lawn chairs under my hammock trees, wishing I had a hammock. Gilligan jumped up and sprawled across me, he's wishing we had a hammock too. LOL
Update on the bowling thing. Apparently, once I got my first week in, I was given an average and a handicap. I am 1 point above the lowest average in the entire league. LOL. My team captain gave my temp ID card and told me to hang on to it till I got the official one. I asked him what I needed it for (thought maybe I could get a discount at the snack bar or something). He said that it identifies me as a member so I won't have to pay extra fees if I get into a tournament.............. BWAHAHAHAHAHAhahahaahahahahahahah - a tournament?!?!?! ME?!?!?! With an average of 77? Yeah right! BTW, we are still the only team to only have 2 people - we NEED 2 more....
We started Fall Revival on Sunday morning. Dr Wheeler is a great speaker - but, as usual, I'm getting my 'toes stomped on'. Makes me think sometimes that there must be some little spy peeking in my windows. LOL CHARIS sang last night, they are so good. Tonight is the choir, then the praise band on Tues. Then on Wed, Calling Levi will be here! I can't wait. I wore my old CD out and want a new one.
Old Gail seems to be holding steady. Not noticibly worse. I looked into the cost of a winter blanket that has battery powered heating pads made into it. Thought that might help her when the weather gets cold. I don't think that I'll be spending THAT $900...... yikes. Becky is apparently jelious of all the attention Gail's getting because she had decided to founder. I have no idea what she could have possibly gotten into that would mess her up - the pasture is burned up after this summer and she's been living in her muzzle. Oh well, back to hay in the stall and Devil's Claw on carrot chips.
I did well on the diet this weekend - no major flubs. And now, back to work and the routine.

Not having a great day. Gonna blame it on PMSn'
I had my salmon patty rollups around 10:30 - just as planned. But then when I left for lunch (HAVE to get away from there for a while) off I went to McDonalads and got a McDouble and cookies... AND COOKIES! Geeze. As if the greasy burger wasn't enough!
I am off the little chart - which has now turned red.....
Guess I'll be skipping dinner (or trying to..)

Update on the bowling league thing.... I did not realize that I had made a 30 week commitment! Couple of hours, every Sat evening - at $12 a night. Oops. There are only a man named Mike and me on our team so far... (need 2 others.. any takers?). Poor Mike is, like, a professional. He's bowling 190's and 210's and I'm jumping up and down - THRILLED - when I hit 84. I got a feeling we're not going to have to worry one bit about the finals. LOL Also - It took me 2 days to be able to walk normal again - so I'm assuming that it's GOT to be good for me.
