Been really slack on the self diciplin the past week or so. Going out of town with a friend this weekend, so probably not going to be REAL attentive about it then either. BUT with 7 lbs down, I'm NOT going to gain them back!!!!!!! So, I'll try to be careful this weekend and get back to it with diligence on Monday.

"Pooooor Me"
I brought the last of the blue cheese meatloaf and the mashed cauliflower for lunch today... and forgot a spoon.... OH NOOOOOO!!!!!
Stuck in the scale all day today - no breaks.. Have you ever tried to eat meatloaf and mashed 'taters' with coffee stirers????? LOL
This is pitiful.
It should count as exercise instead of eating!

Ugh...... Had a birthday dinner for my sister and her husband yesterday. I'm not even gonna enter anything on the food calendar - between Mama'a mile-high homemade lazagna, the cheese garlic bread and the 'death by chocolate' chocolate cream brownie desert.... uuuuugggghhhh - I'm still feeling groggy.
Back on track this AM though. Need to get to the grocery store ASAP - almost out of smoothie makins' and past time to get this week's menu set up.
... wonder how it would go over if I just made a HUGE pot of chicken chili and said "That's it for the week - you don't like it, cook yourself something and leave mine alone" LOL
