greek yogurt
Try your local Co-op, if you have on in the area.
I have heard from others that Trader Joe's also carries a few brands, but we don't have a TJ around here, so I can't confirm that.

Greek Yogurt
From what I know GY is just extra-strained sheep's milk yogurt. The 'extra straining' (whatever that means) results in less lactose and a denser, more Atkin's friendly product. It's much, much thicker than the watery yogurt that you find in Dannon's or the like.
Hey, I just happen to have a container right here.
The nutrition label says "260 calories, 20g fat, 6g carbs (all sugar - 0g fiber) and 14g(!) protein." It's got a whopping 16g of saturated fat, so if this were any other diet it would be a disaster.
Since we're doing Atkins, it's bliss.
Add your favorite sugar-free, zero carb flavored syrup and it's a wonderful 30-second breakfast.

How much fat a day?
I might as well add that my fat intake has been off the charts this week. Chorizo, butter-fried eggs, greek yogurt, feta cheese, greasy hamburger patties with bacon...
Feeling great.

How much fat a day?
If you're starting with induction, there's no real limit to the fat(*) - the only things you should be tracking is carbs/net carbs and fiber.
Carbs low, fiber high.
* Eating sticks of butter is a bad idea no matter what.
