Got in my workout really late tonight but I did it. 2935 calories burned - 1174 calories ate = 1761 deficit 👍 ... So far so good but I know it won't be long before I hit a plateau and then I'm going to be bummin

Has anyone tried a pea protein powder? Hear it has better benefits than whey etc... Anybody have any input about it?

Well - I survived dinner, because since I got out of work late, hubby went and got a gigantic meat lovers Stromboli .... Luckily it was from a new place, and not my favorite place, and there was no sauce? What??? who ever heard of Stromboli without sauce. So that helped. I tasted it, then made my healthy dinner. I logged it and I still came out with a good calorie deficit today. I never even ate all the snacks I took with me today so I got to delete them 👍👍👍
2840 calories burned - 1100 calories ate = 1740 deficit ... I read the suggestions about kerogen is etc. So if what I'm doing eventually stops giving me any results, I may investigate it further in future, thanks for the info!
