Had a bit of a mishap yesterday - ate brownie sundaes in excess and then chips and salsa late into the night. Although feeling a bit guilty, there's nothing I can do now but return to my diet and hit the gym.
Hoping that your successes will help me refocus.

Weighed in at 134.8 pre workout and 133.8 post workout. Seems like I didn't do much of anything from last week to this week. I'm getting a bit anxious to see those 20's though. I haven't since sophomore year. I've stuck well to the vegetarian diet but I'm not doing as well going vegan. Baby steps I guess.
Not seeing any changes is a bit discouraging but at least I'm not going backward this time!

Had a bit of a mishap last night - ate two cookies. I can see them on my belly today. But I am happy that I only ate two instead of falling into the trap of eating 4 with some extra dough. I can see that my body wants to change but it's lagging a little but and making it difficult to still be excited about this new diet. I've been trying to stay off meats, limited dairy and no sweets - so far I've done pretty well but this can't happen soon enough haha.
Hopefully this week will go by and I'll begin to see the changes I want to see. Good thing is my workouts seem to be getting a little easier (time to change those up).

So very happy I decided to wait and do my weigh-in today! 34 1/2, 27 1/2, 33 1/4 and 37. I've just finished day two of my cleanse and it seems to be working nicely! I can see a lot less bloat and all the fruits and veggies have been filling me up nicely. Also told all my friends about the challenge and they've been really supportive - hopefully they will continue to be. Snow day tomorrow (yes from graduate school, I have no idea why) so I'm glad I have very little 'bad' food in the house - there's no way I'll go out and buy it in a freezing rain storm.

Destroyed all my hard-work with the Super Bowl (which wasn't even a good game to watch). Today starts a 21 day cleanse I'm hoping to make it through (of which I found on the internet, as always). No chips, no candy, no chocolate, no white bread, no cake, no fast food, no ice cream. I'm hoping I don't start going 'loop-hole' crazy and just try to go 3 weeks without this junk.
If anyone wants to try with me PLEASE DO! I'd love a buddy, especially through this. Chocolate is my ultimate.
