Not sure why, but I got on the scale early this week and it read 1lb down. I'm not sure if this is water weight but it means if I work hard at the gym and in the kitchen I can keep heading that way! Much better today too...

Ate my stress today - why do I keep doing this to myself. I don't want another week to no progress. I need another way to control night eating. I always tell myself, just go to bed. But this little devil tells me to stay up and watch one episode, which turns to two or three and so much snacking. That's my problem - I need to just go to bed.
730 - Spinning
930 - Cheerios and a Banana
1200 - Soup and Yogurt with granola
100 - Life Cereal
700 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Mango
1000 - Strawberries and Whipped Cream
1030 - Life Cereal and Dole Chocolate Banana (2)
1130 - PB Cheerio Bar
Total - 2075 (ouch)

1030 - Banana
230 - Waffle Cone with Mint Oreo Ice Cream
530 - PB Banana Sandwich and Pear
1100 - Strawberries with Whipped Cream
1130 - Life Cereal
Total: 1503
Long Night at work and an even longer day tomorrow. Not a bad day as far as my diet went - cut a lot in order to get the ice cream in with my friends. Well worth it! Hope everyone had a great day!

Well I'd say .2 is a 'no change'. Which is better than a gain. And after looking at all my diary entries, I got exactly what I put into it. Clearly some things are working and other parts need to change but it's not a gain!
Today's Food Entry:
930 - Interval Training
1100 - Nature Valley Granola Bar and Banana
130 - PB Banana Sandwich and a Pear
500 - Tofu Stir Fry
600 - Strawberry Banana Greek Yogurt (Lite)
900 - Mango
1100 - Chocolate Banana Dole Bite
Total - 1516
I've logged this before the end of the day and I'm hoping that I'll stay true to this. Thanks for all the support and ideas!

Much better today. Tomorrow's weigh-in and I know I won't be happy about it. It's all a part of the process. Found a new treat idea - Dole sells individually wrapped chocolate covered banana pieces at 100 calories a package. They're so good and the fact that they're frozen makes them rather filling. Definitely giving it a try. I really appreciate the support, especially from my buddies njashka8 and CalynLZ!

1100 - Homemade apple oatmeal
145 - Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich and a Pear
700 - Sesame Chicken and White Rice leftovers and a Mango
1130 - Dole Chocolate Covered Banana slices (I had two)
Total - 1497 (Much better)
