I'm still a bit afraid to do an actual weigh-in but I can see my body 'de-bloating' and coming back to what I left here with. Bad news is, I got strep throat from that week away (I guess I really did go a bit to hard while I was away). So I skipped my workout today, but it's not like I can eat any solid foods anyway. I think I'll weigh in next week and see where I am then.
I really enjoy seeing everyone progress. I've been living vicariously through you all :)

I have a confession,
I've fallen off the wagon. I went home to visit for the week and I really went all out on the 'remember when we used to eat...'. I thought I'd be able to pick myself back up when I left but I'm really not finding this easy. I can see how much I had progressed before and to see all that hard work is so disappointing. I guess I just really need some support right now to get myself back up.

Still at the same weight - at least I'm not gaining. Went for a run this morning (after all this harsh winter weather) and was surprised to find that I still got it. Ran 6 1/2 and was barely breathing heavy. Means I've definitely been doing the work in the gym this winter. Hoping next week will bring some changes... or at least sometime before I gotta get back into that bathing suit.

Anyone have any good tips to try in order to get past this plateau? I've been stuck at 133/134 for several weeks and this is generally where I end up and then gain. I've drastically reduced my sugar intake as well as my meat. I'm increasing fruits and veggies. Working out 6 days a week. I wasn't sure if I wasn't considering something or if anyone had any ideas.
