Had a pretty decent day until the end muffin but, hey, I'll take it. And when I got home from work, no night eating! Which is huge progress for me - hopefully I can make that a habit.
830-1030 - Boxing and Lift Classes
1130 - Homemade apple oatmeal
230 - Soup and Pineapple
545 - Veggie Stir-fry and a peach
900 - Nature Valley Granola Bar
930 - One Cookie
1100 - Chocolate Chip Muffin
Total: 1699

Did my Friday weigh-in this morning and had a slight decrease. On the decline. 133 is always my plateau so the goal is to FINALLY see in the 20's. I want it so bad and I feel like I can do it now that I have all of you.
930 - Interval Workout
1230 - Homemade apple oatmeal
100 - Pineapple
230 - PB Banana sandwich and Greek Yogurt
530 - Veggie Stir-fry
1030 - BBQ Chips
1130 - Dole Chocolate Covered Banana Slices
Total: 1326 (Under my calories!)

Finals this week and next week are killing me. Doing well not stress eating... too much haha.
930 - Body Combat
1100 - Banana and Granola Bar
200 - Fruit and Nut Bar
430 - PB Banana Sandwich and an apple
730 - Veggie Stir Fry and grapes
1000 - Chocolate covered banana (Dole)
1100 - Life Cereal (The last of it! Thank goodness it's out of the house)

Just hungry today - nothing seemed to fill me up. Even things that normally do. I just want to record this as a fluke and forget about it. I know this isn't my best - but I can't change it. Just record it, hold myself accountable and move on.
800 - Step
1000 - Banana and Granola Bar
1130 - PB Banana Sandwich and an apple
230 - Saltine
500 - 2 chicken fingers and mixed veggies
630 - Grapes (instead of cookies!)
900 - shared popcorn with friends
1100 - 3 chips ahoy cookies
1130 - cheerio PB bars
1200 - life cereal
Total: 2273 - Moving forward, I don't want to dwell on this one.

Thank you all for the feedback on my last entry. It makes every accomplishment that much more meaningful and every hardship that much easier to get back on my feet.
930 - Ran 9 miles! (Haven't done that since the fall, but it did make me extra hungry throughout the day)
1100 - Cheerios and a Banana
230 - PB Banana sandwich and strawberries
500 - Saltine Crackers
700 - Veggie Stir Fry Homemade
800 - Went out for ice cream with friends (small cookies and cream)
1000 - Strawberries and whipped cream
Total: 1903 (which would be unacceptable except I think I was much hungrier due to my run. I know I didn't eat enough during the day to supplement the extra calories which led me to eat so much at night. At least I'm recognizing it now)
