back in 2005 I hit my peek weight at 465 lbs. This was after years of yo-yo dieting and experiencing serious medical problems as a result of my weight. By 2008 I had lost 287 lbs and was at 178. I was so excited and enthused about my progress and the way my body felt that I continued to drop weight until people began to worry that it was beginning to be unhealthy. Long story short, I stopped doing what helped me lose all the weight in the first place, and before I knew it I bounced back 80 lbs. My great fear is that if I'm not careful, I'll end up gaining back my original weight, and then some. I am trying to lose weight again, but it feels much harder for some reason. My ultimate goal is to reach 205 and stay there. Although 185 would be nice, my level of believability isn't quite there yet. Perhaps with some help from all of you I can keep myself from revisiting a very miserable and dark period of my life.
